Hello 2016!

Here’s to a year filled with the things and people we love the most!

Happy New Year everyone! I can feel the buzz of excitement and optimism a new year brings and it makes me feel almost giddy with joy. Usually i set myself impossible tasks like “Go to the gym everyday”, or “Don’t lie in on the weekends”, but this year i’ve set myself a few smaller and sweeter goals to see me through the year.

What are your aspirations for the year?

I do have some big goals for the next 3 – 5 years, but they can only really be achieved by setting smaller more manageable goals…..i definitely want to read more – i bought a kindle in the Black Friday sales so hope to get proper use of it even though i'll still be buying traditional booksi also need to lock down on my spending and eating habits; I've already reflected and acknowledged the issues that need tackling, so i just need to out into motion the necessary actionsHappy New Year; I look forward to reading more posts from you!www.lifeochi.co.uk

I have some big goals, but a lot of them are things that are more life goals so they're not as intimidating for me. Small goals are a bit more practical/attainable.

I'm working on building small habits, too. I find it easier and more motivating to cross things off a chart every day (and do them every day) than shoot for bigger things. The end goal is organization, self-care, stability. No big. /o. Happy new year, Sade!
